01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mood Client ("the Client", "the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Client.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the Mood Client development team ("we", "us", "our").

02 Description of the Client

Mood Client is a free, open-source Minecraft Fabric mod client designed to enhance gameplay through optional quality-of-life modules. The Client includes features such as combat utilities, movement improvements, visual enhancements, and Discord Rich Presence integration.

03 Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

• Download and use the Client for personal, non-commercial gameplay.
• Modify the Client's source code for personal use.
• Share the Client with others, provided these Terms are included.
• Use the Client on Minecraft servers that permit such modifications.

04 Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Client on servers that explicitly prohibit third-party clients or mods.
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the Client or any derivative work.
• Use the Client to harm, harass, or gain unfair advantages over other players in competitive environments that prohibit such tools.
• Reverse-engineer the Client for malicious purposes.
• Remove or alter copyright/attribution notices.

05 Discord Rich Presence

Mood Client integrates with Discord's Rich Presence API to display your in-game status (such as current activity and elapsed time) on your Discord profile. By using this feature, you acknowledge:

• Discord Rich Presence data (status text, timestamps) is shared with Discord's servers per Discord's own Privacy Policy.
• No additional personal data beyond what Discord's IPC protocol requires is collected by us.
• You can disable this feature at any time without affecting other Client functionality.

06 Intellectual Property

All original source code, designs, and assets created for Mood Client are the intellectual property of the Mood Client development team. Minecraft itself is the property of Mojang Studios / Microsoft. This Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

07 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Client is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Client. Use at your own risk.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Mood Client team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Client, including but not limited to game account bans, data loss, or service interruptions.

09 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to official Mood Client resources (releases, support channels) at any time, for any reason, without notice. Violations of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Client after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
